not pleased for the price. tho the kids had a great time between the beach and the dirty lazy river and the diry jacquzzi.. but thats kids for ya,,,, i would not stay here again,, its not worth the price. ive stay at lesser priced resorts and in much better shape,, I WONT BE BACK,,, they seriously need to speed some of my money and clean these rooms,,, and do some upkeep.... I DESERVE A REFUND... when i made my reservations the clerk told me i would be gettin one of the new renovated studio rooms,,,, OMG,,,, she lied to me,,, nothing about that room was new(only the flate screen tv). i was afraid for the kids to go on the patio overlookin the beach,,, crumbling deck,,,THE ELEVATORS WERE A JOKE,,,, MIN,10 MINUTE WAIT,,, NEVER AGAIN DID I SAY NEVER AGAIN

Rooms are Not Kept Up Well. This hotel was a decent location but the rooms were not kept up well at all. The door howled and squealed very loud every night from the wind so we had to put pillows at the bottom of the door to block the howling noise so we could sleep. The bathtub was clogged up, the toilet would not stop running after being flushed , the carpets were wet due to the rain coming in somehow (odd since we were on the 15th floor of the hotel), and to top it off , on the final night there we had a huge leak in the ceiling in our room and the water was dripping on the end of our bed. The entire outside walkways of the hotel is carpeted and it was all completely soaked and many parts of the hotel smelled. The hotel needs some serious upkeep. Would not stay there again. Too many other nice hotels in the area.

Service is Excellent. We have been coming to Captain's Quarters on and off for 15 years. The rooms are starting to show their age a bit, but the people make it worth it to keep coming back. They go out of their way to be accomodating. The location of property is great and the amenities are nice. I just wish they would spend a little time bringing rooms up to date.

Love the Amenities. Favorite part of the hotel are the amenities. Swimming, bowling and the restaurants. Really like that you can take advantage of the sister property and their pool and swim up bar. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Overall great value for the money

The worst hotel. This has been one of the most horrific stay that I have ever encounter. From day one to the last day there were something going wrong. The very first day we got stuck in the elevator, the room door facing broke and on top of all of that they decide that three rooms on the 7th floor should be evicted. I was asleep in my room when I get a knock on the door and there stood a police officer. Apparently my girls and the other kids from the other room were loud and for that we were told to leave. No one spoke to the adults to inform them of what was going on. The staff at the hotel was very ruled and un-friendly even the guest manager Tammy Bennet. When I ask to speak to her boss she told me to find out for my self and hung up the phone.
