Forget the carry out...and expect a lack of manners unless someone teaches manners to staff!. Fair food on premises, however the carry-out experience was a disaster - food was

missing, portion of "large" salad pathetically small, and response to

complaints was laughably unresponsive!!!

Take out was the worst experience!. We ate at Sarah J's dining in -- was ok -- nothing to write home about.

Ordered take out 2 days later only to be hugely disappointed! Order was not correct & they gave us a hassle about fixing our order. By the time the so called corrected food got to out resort -- the rest of the food was cold!

Chicken Salad was terrible!

Their manager had the gull to call us RUDE? We were not rude -- just trying to get a GOOD MEAL - which never happened!

Best Seafood at the Beach. My parents and I have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for over 30 years and never miss Sarah J's. They have great options for sizes (small and large portions) which are both very generous. The hushpuppies and scallops are our favorites (very little breading). As a parent of 2 small children I also appreciate the attention the staff gives. Go early though or expect a long wait.

A new high.. Sarah J's may be the best seafood restaurant my family has ever visited.We tested the menu thoroughly and 7 of us loved every bite. My sister lives nearby and said it was a local favorite year around.The locals are correct. There was an hour wait and it was worth every minute.
