Biggest Wedge Salad I've Ever Seen!.
I don't think I've ever had a bad meal at any Outback and I've always loved the salads at Outback, but that wedge salad was the best I've ever had and it could have been a meal in and of itself!
The server was excellent and we got a chuckle at the way she "dealt" the coasters out to us. She explained she was from Vegas and that was all the explanation we needed. We usually like to eat at local, small restaurants, but Outback is a chain that we make an exception for.

Australian tchotchkes and brews give this quintessentially American restaurant a distinctive Down Under flavor..
In Short
Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." The Bloomin' Onion, a large onion dipped in batter and deep-fried, is an appetizer with a following.
