Great prices and the techs have extraordinary product knowle. Great prices and the techs have extraordinary product knowledge. My TV blew up after a power surge. I have an older Phillips tube set that weighs a ton. They came to the house, diagnosed the problem, and fixed my set at my house on the spot – the same day I called. It was very interesting to watch the tech and he explained everything to me as he worked. They also wrote a very professional diagnosis letter for my insurance claim and got it to me right away. I recommend their services very highly. Communication over the phone was excellent and the repair work was top notch.
