The Penthouse Club in Myrtle Beach, SC extorts customers!. The Penthouse Club in Myrtle Beach, SC engages in false advertising, threatens, and extorts their customers! While the girls are eye-candy aplenty, the drinks are a complete rip-off (false advertising) and management is rude, confrontational, and threatening. I went with a group of friends and ordered a round of Yuengling beers. After getting ready to leave, low and behold, they charged $5.25 per beer and the receipt stated "IMP" i.e. import. Asked the waitress and she informed me that it means import and this what they charge for Yuengling. I pointed out that Yuengling is not an import, completely domestic (on top of this, it boldly states on the beer "America's Oldest Brewery"), and asked to speak with the manager. In speaking with the manager, I presented this and said I would pay for the regular domestic beer rate, but not import. The manager refused and said that I would have to pay the charges in full. I said, that I would not sign and would not pay then. The manager then told me I could not leave until I signed and had someone block the door. Seeing that I was willing to stand there until I was let to leave, the manager then threatened that he would call the police and charge me with trespassing and theft. . . . through such extortion, I signed off on my receipt. (FYI I've been to plenty of strip clubs and have never been confronted in this way and treated so wrongfully). I am now in the process of disputing part of the charges with my credit card company. My advice, avoid them altogether! The Penthouse Club in Myrtle Beach, SC engages in false advertising, threatens, and extorts their customers!

Most upscale gent's club I've ever been to!. Went to check out this place when in Myrtle Beach and had a great time. It looks more like a regular dance club than a "strip" club, well, minus the naked girls. Haha.

It's beautiful and the staff is great! Highly recommend!!

Not your typical strip club!. The Penthouse is unlike any strip club I'd ever been to. You wouldn't know judging by the exterior that it's beautiful inside. They obviously spent a lot on the interior. It also feels really clean, which is important to me considering the natur of the industry. I hate to walk sit on dirty run down furniture that God only knows what happened to.

All in all - great service, beautiful and friendly dancers and bar staff.
