AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS‎. The reviews are not accurate and probably self written. This shop is horrific! I usually dont put much weight into internet reviews realizing that most people probably have too much time on their hands or the owner has written the review himself to push up his horrible shop, but, being a GM in the hospitality industry I feel compelled to write. First of all, I was skeptical. I had a hard time finding a TV repair place to begin with. When I found them I figured, how bad could they be? Well, they ARE terrible. After them missing appointments, not following up on promised calls, not returning calls, and no one there knows whats going on, zero service skills at all...they can't find a part, etc..etc.....what a train wreck. At the end of WEEKS AND WEEKS, I sat with a TV that still didn't work- and I'm out $$$$ to these clowns. The next place I called fixed it immediately. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
