Bad Customer Service.
I had booked two rooms for my company, for a one night stay. The reservation person called back with my confirmation number. Then, a little while later, the same person called back, stating the manager said to cancel the reservation, because they had a two-night minimum.
Why would you treat a customer like this?
I would NEVER recommend anybody do business with this mismanaged hotel.
